NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 2008CA-006258-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9 is the Plaintiff and LELAND C PIESTER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LELAND C. PIESTER; DERENDA M PIESTER; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the name being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, OF C.W. ROCKNER'S ADDITION TO FORT MEADE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK P, PAGE 354, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND THE WEST 110 FEET OF THE NORTH 2 FEET OF LOT 34 OF C.W. ROCKNER'S ADDITION TO FORT MEADE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK P, PAGE 354, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 16 AND THE SOUTH 90 FEET OF LOTS 17 AND 18 IN BLOCK G OF WILDWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 16 PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
