NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 532017CA003185000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which PS FUNDING, INC., is the Plaintiff and MOSSY OAK INVESTMENTS, LLC; DAVID TALBOTT A/K/A DAVID TALBOTT, INC.; BOBBY T. INC.; are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CP A, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www.polk.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 16th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
