LOT (S) 5, 6, 7, 8 AND 9, BLOCK 121, MOON LAKE ESTATES UNIT 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 98 AND 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 10817 LAKE DR, NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA 34654
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Kahane & Associates, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 8201 Peters Road, Suite 3000, Plantation, FLORIDA 33324 on or before APR 02 2018, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
