NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-001615000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, Clerk of the Courts, Stacy M. Butterfield shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 10:00 A.M. on March 13, 2018, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 40, Block B, NORTHSIDE HEIGHTS, Lake Wales, Florida, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 48 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, with a street address of: 118 W. Northside Drive, Lake Wales, FL 33853
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
