NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA000400CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Carol Botteicher a/k/a Carol Marie Botteicher a/k/a Carol M. Botteicher a/k/a Carol Brown Botteicher f/k/a Carol Marie Brown f/k/a Carol Marie Rea, deceased; Carolann Brown a/k/a Carol Ann Brown a/k/a Carolann A. Brown; Rebecca Ann Brown-Patel f/k/a Rebecca Ann Brown- Renwick f/k/a Rebecca Ann Renwick f/k/a Rebecca Ann Brown f/k/a Rebecca A. Chastain f/k/a Rebecca B. Chastain; Gail Marie Botteicher; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Cloyd Botteicher a/k/a Cloyd Phillip Botteicher a/k/a Cloyd Philip Botteicher a/k/a Cloyd P. Botteicher, Deceased; Diane M. Botteicher; Regions Bank, Successor by Merger to Amsouth Bank; Embassy Hills Civic Assn., Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1615, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 98 AND 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
