NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2017, and entered in 2016-CA-1778 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-16N is the Plaintiff and SHADOW RIDGE PROPERTIES, LLC; MATTHEW R. BREZINA; SARAH L. BREZINA; INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on March 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK A, INDIGO LAKES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
