NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2017, and entered in 2012 CA 004111 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC, TRUST 2007-BR2 is the Plaintiff and CEDAR GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHRISTIAN BOUSQUET, DECEASED; STEPHANIE BOUSQUET are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 21, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
