NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-012200 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006 1AR, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 1AR, is Plaintiff and NATHAN R. SEVIGNY A/K/A NATHAN READE SEVIGNY, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5 less the East 12.5 feet thereof and the East 25 feet of Lot 6, Block 15, Interbay, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page(s) 36, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with the North 1/2 of closed alley abutting thereto.
Property Address: 3610 WEST OKLAHOMA AVENUE, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33611.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
