DAVIS F/K/A CAROL A. MITCHELL A/K/A CAROL MITCHELL A/K/A CAROL ANN MITCHELL ; SHANREKA MITCHELL A/K/A S. MITCHELL A/K/A SHANREKA P. MITCHELL; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL A. DAVIS F/K/A CAROL A. MITCHELL A/K/A CAROL MITCHELL A/K/A CAROL ANN MITCHELL N/K/A DARRYL DAVIS; THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SUMMERFIELD TOWNHOMES, INC.; TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
