NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-011858 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. 2006-WMC1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC1, is the Plaintiff and Bridgeford Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc., Household Finance Corporation, III, Kathy Livingston A/K/A Kathy L. Livingston, Tenant # 1 AKA Jarrell Livingston, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
