NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-006133 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES NC 2005-HE8 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES NC 2005-HE8 is the Plaintiff and MARY LEE MCDANIEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY LEE MCDANIEL NKA HAYWARD MCDANIEL are the Defendant(s).
