NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Amended Final Judgment,” entered on February 22, 2018, in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, at public auction, electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 14, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.

10, REVISED MAP OF HOLDEN'S SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 19, Public
Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
