NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgement of Foreclosure entered on February 1, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-0005866-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Lewis P. Lecceardone and Cathy Ann Lecceardone are the Plaintiffs and Davis A. Reed, Erica N. Reed, Unknown Tenant No 1, Unknown Tenant No 2, State of Florida and ISPC are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of May, 2018 the following described property as set forth in the said Uniform Final Judgement of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 4, Pleasant Ridge Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 71 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
