PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 6TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Orla R. Davis, deceased, whether said Unknown Parties claim as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, trustees, or
other claimants, et al;
Defendants.
NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-002897-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under or against the Estate of Orla R. Davis, deceased, whether said Unknown Parties claim as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, et al, are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 16, INTER BAY, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
