NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2018, entered in Case
No. 13-006649-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Justin James Kelley; Melissa D. Kelley f/k/a Melissa D. Lum; United States of America, Department of Treasury; Unknown Spouse of Justin James Kelley; Unknown Spouse of Melissa D. Kelley f/k/a Melissa D. Lum; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 87, EUCLID PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
