NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 522014CA009065XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE7, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF KIMBERLY GIPSON A/K/A KIMBERLY ELICE GIPSON A/K/A KIMBERLY ELISE GIPSON, DECEASED, et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 AND THE EAST 36 FEET OF LOT 9, HYLANDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO DESCRIBED AS: LOT 8 AND 9. LESS THE WEST 4 FEET OF LOT 9, HYLANDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3734 8 th Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33711
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
