ARBOR GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., hereby gives notice of the filing of an action for foreclosure of the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 1111, Building No. 11 of Arbor Groves, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14909, Page 1389, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The action was filed in the above-named court on May 10, 2017, and anyone claiming an interest in the above-described property must submit a claim for the same by filing it with the Clerk of the above-named court and serving a copy thereof on the attorney for ARBOR GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., David Constantino, Esq. at 535 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
