NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2018, and entered in 16-004278-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JOHN CLARK; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY CLARK , DECEASED.; RANDELL CLARK; DELORIS SWEETING; ADLAI PRYOR A/K/A ADLAIDE PRYOR; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF PINELLAS COUNTY are the Defendant(s).
