NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2018, and entered in 17-001358-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and GAIL KOSMALSKI A/K/A GAIL ANN KOSMALSKI; MICHAEL KOSMALSKI A/K/A MICHAEL JOHN KOSMALSKI A/K/A MICHAEL J KOSMALSKI; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; COUNTRY MEADOWS AT WEXFORD LEAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; WEXFORD WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s).
