NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2017, and entered in 17-000368-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-13, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13 is the Plaintiff and RALPH FRIZZLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RALPH FRIZZLE; ROSE FRIZZLE ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSE FRIZZLE ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
