NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2018, and entered in 12-006551-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-K is the Plaintiff and JASON DALL; SANDACRES PROPERTIES, LLC; MICHAEL V. SCOTT; BAYWAY TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A JASON DALL are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, BAYWAY TOWNHOMES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 127, Page 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
