NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2018, and entered in 16-001237-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FLORENCE DERKACZ, DECEASED; MICHAEL DERKACZ A/K/A MICHAEL ANTHONY DERKACZ; DANIEL DERKACZ A/K/A DANIEL J. DERKACZ; GARY DERKACZ A/K/A GARY ANTHONY DERKACZ; ANDREW DERKACZ A/K/A MARK ANDREW DERKACZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM XII ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). UNIT NO 13-A IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM XII, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 52 AND 53, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4666, PAGE 119, ET SEQ., AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 78034229, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
