NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM dated February 22, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-007041-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ESTATE OF RUDOLPH B. GOVANTES, DECEASED; JOYCE W. GOVANTES; RAMON GOVANTES; ROBIN WOODS A/K/A ROBIN GOVANTES; FREDERICA GOVANTES A/K/A FREDERICKA GOVANTES; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; ROGER GOVANTES; RENA DARDEN A/K/A RENA GOVANTES N/K/A REVA DENYCE GOVANTES BROWN, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of May, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 5, REVISED MAP CENTRAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
