NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment dated February 23, 2018, entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 2016-003146-CI, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE HILLDALE TRUST, A DELAWARE TRUST, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF SANDRA PEET; and Any Unknown Tenants in Possession, Defendants, and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
LOTS 29 AND 30, IN BLOCK 4, OF SECTION ONE, WATERVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THIS DEED IS MADE AND GIVEN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORRECTING AND CONFIRMING THAT CERTAIN DEED DATED 5-26-88 AND FILED 6-6-88 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6759, AT PAGE 2145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELINQUISHING ANY AND ALL INTEREST THAT THE GRANTORS HEREIN, EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR AS TRUSTEES OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED TRUST AGREEMENT, MAY HAVE IN TIE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
