NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 17-7674-CO-39 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF LILLIE MAE KING; ALL HEIRS AND PERSONS CLAIMING THROUGH BY OR ON BEHALF OF LILLIE MAE KING; BETTY ANN KING; THE ESTATE OF RITA AUTRY; and ALL HEIRS AND PERSONS CLAIMING THROUGH BY OR ON BEHALF OF RITA AUTRY, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 29, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 10, LESS South 66 feet thereof, GLENWOOD HEIGHTS, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 80, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County, Florida was formerly a part.
PARCEL ID # 25-31- 16-31248- 000-0101.
Commonly referred to 930 JAMES AVE S, ST. PETERSBURG, FL
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
