NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-003669 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-10, is the Plaintiff and Equity Solutions Realty Inc., As Trustee Of Trust No. 2910 Dated June 24, 2011; Janice R. Moody; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Unknown Beneficiaries of Trust No 2910 dated June 24, 2011; Unknown Heirs Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against Walter J Cox, Deceased; Unknown Tenants N/K/A Antonio Moody; are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
