NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2018, entered in Case No. 13-009069-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and Fernando E. Santa-Cruz A/K/A Fernando E. SantaCruz; Carmen G Santa-Cruz A/K/A Carmen G. Santacruz; Ashley Ellis; The Unknown Spouse of Ashley Ellis; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the herein named individual defendant(s) who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Bank of America, NA; Crystal Bay Condominium Association Inc; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 109, BUILDING C, CRYSTAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 115, PAGES 1 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8683, PAGE 642, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8693, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
