NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2018, entered in Case No. 12-002079-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and John W. Thornberry; Gregory Lovelady a/k/a Greg Lovelady; The Unknown Spouse of John W. Thornberry; The Unknown Spouse of John W. Thornberry Thornberry; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or other claimants; John Tenant; Jane Tenant; whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE EAST, BLOCK 78, FIRST ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
