NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 48-2017-CA-004368-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Irese Davenport, Leola Davenport, Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 27th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
