NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2018, and entered in 48-2016-CA-004079-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS L.P. is the Plaintiff and HACIENTO MOEN A/K/A HACINTO MOEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HACIENTO MOEN A/K/A HACINTO MOEN; FABRIZZIO SAPIEN; BALDWIN PARK RESIDENTIAL OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-I are the Defendant(s).
