ALTEMBURGER; UBALDO ALTEMBURGER; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH CREDIT CORPORATION are the Defendant(s).
