Final Judgment was awarded on February 28, 2018 in Civil Case No. 15000881CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF FREDERICK D. WHITE, DECEASED; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; CAROLINE MARIE WHITE; OLIVIA ROSE WHITE; BRIAN EDWARD WHITE A/K/A BRIAN E. WHITE; BRENDAN E.
