NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16000163CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE L. PARSONS A/K/A MICHELLE PARSONS, TAYLOR BROTHERS LLC, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF 2008-CH5480 LAND TRUST DATED OCTOBER 1, 2013, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LAURA L. MAUGER, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A GERALD MAUGER, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11 AM on the 30th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
