Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 28, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:

ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 8 A DISTANCE OF 99.75 FEET; THENCE N. 01° 01' 11” E ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOTS 8, 7, AND 6 A DISTANCE OF 125.84 FEET; THENCE S. 88° 35' 02” E 116.83 FEET; THENCE S. 08° 25' 00” W. 139.03 FEET TO THE P.O.B.
and commonly known as: 180 CHARLOTTE STREET, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes , on March 30, 2018 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
