NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, and entered in 17000170CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SANDRA L. SITA, DECEASED ; COLLINS JAY SITA A/K/A COLLINS SITA ; DALLAS LEE SITA A/K/A DALLAS SITA ; DISCOVER BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA ; MICHELLE ZEMAN ; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB are the Defendant(s).
