LOT 9, BLOCK 2299, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 10A THRU 10F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert A. Solove, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: SOLOVE LAW FIRM, P.A., Kendallwood Office Park One, 12002 S.W. 128th Court, Suite 201, Miami, Florida 33186, on or before thirty (30) days from first publication date, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court by April 30th, 2018 either before service upon Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
