The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida; Case No. 2018-CA-000514; and is styled QUICKEN LOANS INC. vs. JOHN GROSSKOPF; CARMEN GROSSKOPF; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Mark W. Hernandez, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S.
