NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2018, entered in Case No. 2013CA-000055-0000-LK of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National association as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp., Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-HE4 is the Plaintiff and Katherine D. Dobson a/k/a Katherine Dobson; Steven K. Dobson a/K/a Steven Dobson; CDC Capital Investments, LLC; The Village at Spirit Lake Homeowner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103, VILLAGE @ SPIRIT LAKE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
