NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 003074 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and DAMARIS SEPULVEDA; SANDON STULL; WHEELER ROAD ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., are Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on April 10, 2018 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, WHEELER ROAD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 129, PAGES 22 AND 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
