NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 6, 2018 in Civil Case No. 53-2017-CA-001360 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and DONNA PAPAYCIK, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of April, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, BERKLEY HEIGHTS, AS SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 16.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
