NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 13, 2018, entered in Case No. 2014CA005046000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CURRIE J SHARNIQUE; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #4; TENANT #3; TENANT #2; TENANT #1; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARNIQUE J. CURRIE are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1023, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 4, VILLAGE 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 4 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
