NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
THE TOWNE PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the TOWNE PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop rules regarding the use and suspension, termination of use, and establishing fees related to the use of the District's recreational facilities and services. The purpose and effect of these rules is to provide for efficient and effective District operations by setting rates and fees to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 120.54 and 120.81, Florida Statutes (2017). A public hearing will be conducted by the District on April 12, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., at the Offices of Highland Homes, 3020 S. Florida Avenue, Suite 101, Lakeland, Florida 33803.
