YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in COLLIER County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK E, OF PELICAN LAKE R.V. RESORT UNIT TWO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 98-101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
