NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, and entered in 2012-CA-03764 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE (CWALT 2005-59) is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL ZETO A/K/A MICHAEL T. ZETO; THOMAS ZETO A/K/A THOMAS A. ZETO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS ZETO A/K/A THOMAS A. ZETO N/K/A MARGARET ZETO; TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS, INC. NO. 1; AMERICAN PROPERTIES GROUP, LLC, TRUSTEE OF THE 175 TUTRTLE LAKE COURT 9-106 LAND TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN PARADIS are the Defendant(s).
