BERGER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SILVER OAK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF THE OZARKS, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO C1 BANK F/K/A COMMUNITY BANK & COMPANY F/K/A COMMUNITY BANK OF MANATEE are the Defendant(s).
