EAKER A/K/A DONNIE KEITH EAKERS; TINDE EAKER; FLATR LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 4113 SE 9TH LAND TRUST DATED THIS 29TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2016 ; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s).
