NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-003204 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Joan F. Dellacroce; Lee County, Florida; The Moody River Estates Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
