NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2018 in Case No. 16-CA-001432 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein LAGUNA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BEVERLY HILLS AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and NORRIS ALLEN, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on March 29, 2018. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 169, LAGUNA LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 8790 PASEO DE VALENCIA STREET, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA 33908.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
