NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 28, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2017-CA-001628 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 09:00 am on 30 day of July, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOTS 43 & 44, BLOCK 5562, UNIT 84, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 30 TO 48, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
