NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 21, 2018 in Civil Case No. 29-2017-CA-001026 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. ROF III LEGAL TITLE TRUST 2015-1, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and WILLIE JAMES CLIATT, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of April, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 95 feet of the West 74 feet of the East 360 feet of Block 15, GHIRA, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 13, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
